I got back around my appointment time.. waited 10 minutes and car was done.. they start way before my appointment time.. that's great customer service.. I'll recommend to my family and friends...

Good customer service. The best so far. Workmanship is good. Some idiot broke my window and they replaced it at 50 bucks! It's cheaper doing the whole car.

Tesla tint specialists! I had visited many tint shops in my area and viewed the workmanship and tint materials used such as 3M Crystalline, Xpel XR plus, and Huper Optik. I am fortunate that The Tint Factory installs Huper Optik. They are worth the drive even if you don’t live in the Inland Empire. Cesar’s craftsmanship is amazing and the receptionist was very knowledgeable and courteous. They tinted my 2021 Tesla Model Y and 2021 Atlas windshield and windows with i3 Ceramic. They will be the only shop I use to have tint installed. They have been installing tint since 1989! Very few places have been in business that long.

At first, the conversation was awkward. But, the business we concluded on was very clear. And, was true. The instruction packet they provided assured me the "orange peel" and bubbles in my tint application would dissipate over time. They did. I am very satisfied, 2 weeks after their instal. Good job!

VERY high quality tint business. My appointment time was kept, and they got me out a little earlier than expected. Top notch job on my Chevy Bolt. They do a lot of high end cars, but they treated me and my car just like it was a luxury vehicle. Clean and professional installation.

So far within the past two weeks I have had The Tint Factory tint 3 of my cars my windows. They did an amazing job and everyone was very professional. It might take a week or two to get in but its more than worth the wait. Definitely will go back soon. Actually I have another car that I will be getting done in a few weeksm

Yesterday was the first time using TheTint Factory 🏭 🙌 and i must say i am pretty pleased with the work they did on my 2010 SS Camaro 😀 🔥💯👏🏽 thanks for the great work !!! Awesome business! I had my 2018 Subaru WRX done here in 2017 and I just had my 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE tinted. Both experiences were amazing and the quality of service and tint top notch! That's the long story short.But let me add some detail. In 2017, I bought the best tint at the time Huper Optik ceramic and it was a big difference. The heat reduction was so noticeable I didn't even have to run the AC most of the time getting in the car. The glass was a nice but tempered reflective shine that made the car seem like it went from $35K to $100K in value.In 2020 I returned to get the best tint the Tint Factory had. This time Autobahn Black Ceramic was the newest and best one so I purchased it at a reasonable price. The heat reduction was even better than last time and my camry looked even more stylish. I am again highly satisfied.I have been to and contacted many tint shops but Tint Factory always carries the best quality tint at an affordable price. Most of the time the car is done in a day or less. I'm highly satisfied with my purchases. Thank you Tint Factory!

Very accommodating and courteous. They were able to schedule me in for the day after I called. Everyone was very polite and friendly and they did a great job tinting the windows in my car. It looks great and it soooo much more comfortable to drive since I don’t have the sun roasting me like a thanksgiving turkey anymore. I will absolutely come here to have any of my future vehicles tinted. Great service at a really awesome price!

I had a previous bad experience at another location which luckily lead me to this location! Let me tell you, the kindness at this location is excellent. Lynn was so nice and made sure I was able to get the tinting i wanted. My hubs and I just want to say thank you and big thank you to those workers staying overtime just to help a customer out! You guys are awesome. 5/5 recommend. I’m telling all of my friends about this place!

I got my windows tinted there are three years ago and when I called because the window tint was coming off they said that they don't keep any records of any customer ever and they would charge me $225! Don't bother going here they don't back up there work

Just called to get a quote tried to ask a couple questions about the products offered and how they compare but got educated on other tint shops prices. Asked 3 times she seemed to not know what she was talking about. She then accused me of being aggressive because I said I didn't ask about prices, I asked about how their materials used compared to the 3m tint that some shops use. Needless to say they just lost a customer. ✌️
